Solid quick free workout. A great way to wake up in the morning. They used to give rewards / deals when your complete a workout, then they did away with them, and now the rewards are ads. Youll literally be shown an ad and asked to verify your email to receive the ad via email haha hence the rating...bad update to the reward system guys.
