Ive been trying to lose weight and with this app i lost 6 pounds this week!! ( not all cause of the app) but it helped me a lot!!! I totally recommend it and I will be buying the full version of this and I have this on all my devices!!

Get motivated

This helps. As a pre trucker I planned on doing this every chance I get. As a trucker I do this hopefully every morning. Its good and makes me believe ill keep under BMI 18% . Thx.

Great app

Im only 13 years old but I did this 4 times a day for 3 weeks and I had abs and much stronger biceps and Im still doing it its great for legs and everything

The App-solutely Best Simple App

This app motivated me to get my whole body in shape. I love it. I do this workout and see people doing various versions of same stuff with expensive personal trainers. The trainers appreciate and respect the routine I do. The 7 min app is my trainer. When I 1st began using it, I was trembling by the side plank (last activity). I hated it, because it was hard. If you stick with it, even modify things to be easier at first, it gets easier and you must adjust/customize to be challenging later on. If you are out of shape, discuss it with your doctor and/or someone with experience who may either advise you against it or help you modify things. Now, I complete the circuit 3x in a row with 20lb Dumbbells. I use it in lieu of cardio or in addition to lifting weights. Ive worked up to doing each activity for 1 minute in duration, but scaled back to 30 seconds because 1 minute was wiping me out and ruining my lifting and/or cardio workouts. You can swap out comparable exercises on your own and use the timer, but you cant customize or mix and match activities within the app. You can make easier or more difficult on your own with a modification. For example, during squat, I use 40 lb kettle bell and do goblet squats and end with over head press. I also do the plank with straight arms with my feet on a yoga ball that I roll up knees to chest to hit lower abs. Im dripping sweat by that point during the second cycle. I think it should have a menu of comparable activities to maintain the benefit and permit people to target specific areas of need or work around injuries. For example, I dont need the tricep action and swap it out for V ups with a medicine ball. I also dont do the advanced workouts because I refuse to hurt my bad knees jumping (burpees, etc). Also, I wish it would also better directly interface with my Fitbit to track heart rate, calories burned, etc. Still, the app is a staple routine for me. It gets my engine warmed up, hits my whole body, and gets me sweating and pumped. I cant believe more gyms dont do this the same way they do yoga sessions. Im a school principal and we use its premise as part of one of our fitness units for students.

My first thought before downloading this app was that its a joke! But after the first try I was impressed. With my busy life 7 min work out is just what I needed. So I decided to do it every day. I remember the first time I tried it my heart rate went from normal to 152 bpm.. Lol but as time went on I only improved. The best part of it was that it helped me creat a great habit. This app is just too good to be true. In a period of a month and half I dropped 10 pounds and my muscles started to get cut! By the 3rd month Im in the best shape of my life. If I could only post before and after photos. I recommend this app to every friend and family member of mine. If you want to change your life just download this app and just give it 7 min everyday and youll understand where Im coming from. Good luck! By the way to the developers I want to thank you cause I owe you one!

Great app!

Ive only used it once and it kicked my butt already! Im a complete beginner and will upgrade this app to the premium version when I feel my body start to plateau. Another review stated that upgrades didnt turn off the ads but it looks like the ability to turn them off becomes available in the settings but you have to go in and turn them off. No big deal.

No pulling exercises

Should offer the option to at least be able to do inverted rows or pullups. Just creating muscle imbalances in everyone who does this workout because you cant offer them exercises to balance their body.

My doctor recommended this 7 minute work out for me. I love app. So much so that upgraded to the deluxe! It would be nice if you can add a section in the calendar where we can write our own additional notes. Thanks!

Love the design interface and voice

The 7 minute workout can be found in a number of apps. What keeps me going back to this one (yes, I actually use it regularly - it just works for keeping me in shape!) are the cool icons, the utter elegant simplicity of the UX, and that awesome British voice announcing the exercises and telling me I did a good job! Did they borrow her from Sworkit?

Its GREAT! But...

The app is GREAT and very useful! But the only problem is that ads keep on popping up at the bottom which covers the bottom icons. Also when I click on something specific like in the info section, the whole app would shut down and exit in out of the app. But I can go on the app again, but itll do the same thing. There is nothing wrong with the workout as it seems right now.

Perfect!

This app is perfect. Video & written descriptions. Easy to use. Well-produced. The right amount of promoting. Alerts to the next exercise to get ready for. Super recommend. Doing this daily has made a huge difference in my fitness & energy even tho I am pretty active. Hard not to find 7 minutes in the day so easy to make it a permanent part of your schedule. The ads are unobtrusive & relevant and worth it for an excellent free app.

Charge for both genders or neither!

App is fine but Whats up with charging for a male voice??? I will spend my money elsewhere!

Is called the 7 min workout but the free version will only do 30 min workout. Have to pay/upgrade if you want to change or customize anything.
