Great app!

Ive only used it once and it kicked my butt already! Im a complete beginner and will upgrade this app to the premium version when I feel my body start to plateau.
Another review stated that upgrades didnt turn off the ads but it looks like the ability to turn them off becomes available in the settings but you have to go in and turn them off. No big deal.
