Simple and effective
The app is terrific. The elements I like are:
-illustrations of how to do the exercises correctly
-the verbal cues wrt to time remaining/elapsed, the number sequence of exercise , and the next exercise
-the colour of the screen changes between exercise and rest period which is helpful when you cant hear the verbal cues
The Pro version adds reminders, 1,2 ,3 cycles, and a progress calendar.
I tried the J&J version and I prefer this one.
